Tucked away in a funky corner of Historic Downtown Louisville is a laid back brewery and tasting room serving up award winning craft-brewed beers and out of this world pub fare from Gastronauts @ Gravity Brewing.

Being a touch fanatical about beer and brewing, we could use the rest of this space to bore you with lots of science and detail, but you know what they say, “one pint is worth a thousand words.” So come on in and get the Gravity experience first hand.

John Frazee


John fell in love with the craft beer movement while studying engineering at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Thanks to some inspiration from his older brother and the influence of the vibrant craft beer scene on Colorado’s front range, John turned his longtime homebrewing hobby into a business. His passion and devotion to craft beer and brewing has never wavered.

Ryan Bowers

Managing Partner

Ryan has extensive knowledge of and a great passion for mechanical and process engineering, which is directly applicable to the science and art of brewing. While attending the University of Colorado at Boulder Ryan was, like John, greatly influenced by the exciting craft beer scene in Boulder and Denver.

Kristy Frazee

Tasting Room Manager

When Kristy is not behind the bar pouring you a beer with a welcoming smile on her face or planning your next party at Gravity, she is creating quirky jewelry and art for her small business called Anomaly Design. Kristy has a background in graphic design, advertising and retail. She absolutely loves dogs, especially her 115 LB Mastiff mutt, Rocky.

Taylor Kuck

Head Brewer

Taylor comes to Gravity Brewing from Lagunitas Brewing Company (Chicago, IL). In addition to brewing for Lagunitas, Taylor has several years of experience at Ska Brewing Company (Durango, CO), Great Lakes Brewing Company (Cleveland, OH) and Marshall Brewing Company (Tulsa, OK). Taylor completed the diploma course in Brewing Science at Siebel/Doemens Academy in Chicago, IL in 2010 and the Doemens Master Brewer Program in Munich Germany in 2011.
